In an effort to develop a national legal system compatible with the concept of the rule of law and the European Union’s legal experience, the Ministry of Justice drafts laws of the Republic of Lithuania, resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts, provides legal conclusions on law concepts, draft bills and other legal acts as well as conclusions on their compliance with the law of the European Union in accordance with the procedure established in legal acts.
